Smoothies

I love to start the day with a fruity smoothie especially after a work out, these are a few of my favourites.


Strawberry and Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

Serves 1

Equipment: Blender

Calories: 275     

Nutrition

Protein: 29g                       Carbohydrates: 24g                         Fat: 6g                   Fibre: 1g

Ingredients

  • 200ml Soya Milk*
  • 1 scoop of Strawberry Protein Powder
  • Handful of blueberries (approx. 25g)

First add the milk, then the powder and blueberries, finally blitz until smooth.

Raspberry and Vanilla Post Work Out Smoothie

Serves 1

Nutrition

Protein: 25g                       Carbohydrates: 22g                         Fat: 10g                   Fibre: 3g

Ingredients

  • 200ml Soya Milk*
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 5 Raspberries
  • 5 Almonds
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds

First add the milk, then the powder and then the rest of the ingredients, finally blitz until smooth.
