Strawberry and Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

I love to start the day with a fruity smoothie especially after a work out, this tasty treat is is super quick and tastes delicious!

Protein: 29g                       Carbohydrates: 24g                         Fat: 6g                   Fibre: 1g


  • 200ml Soya Milk*
  • 1 scoop of Strawberry Protein Powder*
  • Handful of blueberries (approx. 25g)

First add the milk, then the powder and blueberries, finally blitz until smooth.
